Built a retaining wall this week at the Pine Mills house. We perched this house up on a hill, and the lot had a little more slope than we thought.

On a sloped lot like this, a retaining wall holds the soil in place around the house so heavy rain does not wash it out.

It should look really nice once it is finished and landscaped.
